Je commande chez Zamné depuis des années, il est un des rares site qui propose une grande variété de produits dont la qualité est exceptionnelle . Jamais eu de soucis de livraison ou de produits manquants, de plus ils sont plutôt réactif pour la préparation des commandes, donc que du bon en soit . Pour dire à quelle point ils sont très pro, j'ai reçu des truffes qui étaient dans un sale état (jamais eu ce problème auparavant) et je n'ai pas fait appel au SAV car en tant d'années ils m'ont pourri gâté comme c'est pas permis et puis comme expliqué plus haut 1 pb en 4 ou 5 ans voir plus, je met ça sur le compte de la faute a pas de chance . Mais j'ai tout de même mis un commentaire sur ce produit, car j'ai trouvé dangereux de consommer de truffes avarié , et 2 ou 3 jours après cette note sur le produit, j'ai reçu un mail ou j'ai pu conversé avec une personne très agréable et pro a souhait, du jamais vu nulle part sur un site marchand , après 2 ou 3 échanges et sans même avoir transmis la moindre photo où autre, on l'a proposé de me réexpédier des truffes que j'ai eu le droit de choisir en prime . Je ne suis pas dans les arnaques au colis et je leur ai même suggéré de ne rien me retourner, mais ils n'ont pas hésité à me satisfaire coûte que coûte et ça c'est un vrai SAV, que la concurrence en prennent de la graine . Sinon sérieux, ils nous gâtes avec tribe et tout les cadeaux qu'ils ajoutent a nos commandes . Jamais déçu pour m'a part, site que je recommande a tous les yeux fermés .

I have ordered from Zamnesia a number of times now and the service is always fantastic. Prompt delivery and order updates every time. And their products have been spot on every time. I would, in fact, I have, recommended them very highly

Zamanesia went above and beyond to replace undelievered grow kits.

Contents were great and as described, however the box arrived partially open. This left for less than desecrate delivery.

Zamnesia chose Seur as delivery company, which know to not work at all. I was waiting for delivery for a week. Then I got notification that my parcel delivered. But it was not. I was at home while day there was no call, no ring, nothing. I searched deliver points close to my house - there was nothing. After one week of discussions, I was told Zamnesia can only use Seur. Which again brings only suffering and no delivery service. This means that they literally don't deliver to Portugal

Been using Zamnesia for some time, and nothing negative to report. I like the "new" store points system so you can buy merch for "free", love the polo shirt. Only downside to the NL website is that you can't change language to English while staying on the .nl version. And I wish I could set up alerts for when my favourite items are on sale.

I always buy from them. Even though I am in another European country, my packages arrive earlier than expected. The goods are always intact. If there is a problem, they take care of it quickly.
