Quite fast shipping. A custommer care contacted me about a product I wasn't really happy with and found a way to help me, even if I didn't asked for anything. I appreciated it as they try to make sure to satisfy the client. I don't put 5 stars as I almost never put the maximum except when it's something exceptional. To take care about the custommers should be something normal for any company, unfortunately it's not the case with all of them. Thanks to Zamnesia.

I have used this site on numerous occasions over the past couple of years and have never been disappointed, goods have always arrived and are always as described. I have sent cash in the post and have always recieved my goods, they are honest and can be trusted. I have had a couple of small freebies with orders which really adds to the customer service they provide. I only pay for standard delivery and my order takes up to 2 weeks to arrive in the UK which doesn't bother me as I order in advance, it's well worth the wait though.
