Just perfect

Smooth as silk plus excellent customer support!!!!

Good website, easy to order, responsive after sales.

When I placed my order, I specifically noted on the "additional comments" section to make sure my order is delivered to the Azores and NOT mainland Portugal. I even sent a quick follow-up email to the company immediately after placing the order to make sure the address includes Azores. Two days later I get an email from Zamnesia that they didn't see my email or note and that they don't send to the Azores. So I asked for a refund - NOPE. When the package is returned to them, then they may refund. My subsequent emails to the company were returned to me as "undeliverable". The company actually blocked my emails and all I did was ask for a refund. I will be filing a complaint with my credit card company and also with Trust Pilot. Absolutely the worst customer service. This was my first time using Zamnesia and will certainly be my last.

I came across Zamnesia while surfing the internet some years ago. Initially I didn’t bought anything from the site because I was afraid it was a scam, and so years have been gone by with the memory of the site and the doubt in my head. But time after time I found the site mentioned around inside forums and so two years ago I decided to give it a try. I bought some Salvia and a magic mushroom kit, and to my surprise the substances sold on Zamnesia really works! Though my own fault this first time I was not able to obtain more than one flush of the mushrooms, but because I ruined the substrate after the first flush…. More recently I did another purchase, of another mushroom kit and also this time those shrooms blew my mind, this time I was careful with the instruction and followed them very carefully . Unfortunately the second flush resulted in very little mushroom. So I decided to contact their customer service, and they were super nice, caring and fast in their replies. Since I was able to dimostrate them that I followed the instructions for the grow box they give me a coupon worth more than what I spent on this second purchase and also free shipping for my next order, that I’m looking forward to do real soon! I did not put 5 stars only because I think that some instructions and explanations on their site could be more clear, but then again I’m not an English native speaker and I consulted the site in my own language, probably the English version of the site is more cured.

Zamnesia is the only only shop I have encountered that has such a diverse selection of interesting nootropics, and who also send these products quickly to various countries. There is a lot to experiment with, and the user review system gives you ample information about what to expect and how to use the products. I have ordered several times, and have always received my products. The shop often has special offers and in general the prices are very competitive. Can highly recommend them if you are interested in trying out medicine that you cannot get other places!

I've ordered several products from Zamnesia, and the parcels always arrived on time with discreet packaging. The products met my expectations, and if you're not satisfied with your order, Zamnesia's customer service quickly finds a solution. My only drawback is the delivery cost, which is a bit high. However, since I'm in Spain, I understand this might be unavoidable.

I cannot fault these guys. Great website, lots of information, awesome guide for mushrooms kits. Delivery was quick considering I live in the UK, informed throughout shipping. I love the little delivery video on they send haha. Love Zamnesia!
