My kit was contaminated and mouldy and no response from customer service

tried to order a vape , still waiting for zamnesia to send an ec id number. 10 days ago i requested this nothing happened yet. 135 pounds u.p.s have charged me and still adding 15 per day for storage. so this is looking like a nightmare for being loyal to zamnesia. all i seem to get is it will be delivered real soon. there is no mention when you order how it becomes such a nightmare trying to import one of these devices really is. u.p.s are on the scam too they did not supply me with enough info/instruction on how to get this sorted. total waste of valuable time and money in my eyes . i am never going to use zamnesia or u.p.s again.

Good quality stuff. The website explains everything you need yo know and I am always happy with my purchases. Great service. I had a few issues, but each time it happened, they were responsive and treated the situation flawlessly.
