Got it on time and it was in a good condition.

Bought landraces pack. Received wouchers scratch, six pieces. Dissappointment IS great, for received seeds 2.3.26, freebies scratch today. EXPIRED ALRESDY. F off?

Havent even received it and its been 2 weeks.

The package was still for 10 days. Contacted customer service, no answer for 3 - 4 days, and then: ”it’s on its way!”. Not my best experience with zamnesia.

I found Zamnesia randomly while searching for seeds and since my first order a couple years back I haven’t ordered from any other company. I’ve bought seeds, mushroom kits, nutrients and accessories. The quality of the products are great along with all the articles and info on the site.

Got the Borage seeds as freebie, planted 6, all 6 germinated.

I have emailed numerous times regarding ANY sort of update regarding my order, ive been told that it can take up to 5 days to receive an order in the UK however 5 days later I still have no update and it seems to still be sat in Zamnesias warehouse. Starting to think a lot of these reviews regarding excellent customer service are **** as I can't even get someone to acknowledge my order. It is now the weekend and that will bring it up to a week without postage.

Been using for years! Always has great offers and range of products! If I had to say one negative it would be when ordering to the uk it doesn’t allow me to pick the uk as a region.. although they do ship here.. anyway no big deal, other than that I’m 100% satisfied!
