Good company everything delivered exactly as described

Very good service and I would recommend this company to anyone.

First off, I have seen a few people saying "their seeds didn't pop" it's very well possible you are doing something wrong and yet they still tried to give you more seeds and yet you are not satisfied? To me that is 100% customer service. Everything else I have heard and seen about zami and the team has always been grade A. They kept in communication with me about my order as well as were pretty efficient due to the time of year with all the sales going on. There is a ton of very beautiful highly sought after strains on their, as well as other products you may want. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone looking for something that is worth while.

Quick processing of order and delivered promptly. A low yield but very good quality produce. I have had low yields of McKenaii before. This was a free replacement kit so not too worried. Always a pleasure dealing with Zamnesia

I placed an order on Zamnesia for two mushroom grow kits and used a coupon that promised a third kit for free on orders above €60. However, the free kit never arrived. If I had known this, I wouldn’t have ordered accessories for three grow kits, which cost me extra for nothing. Very disappointing experience — the promotion was not honored, and it left me paying more than necessary. I hope Zamnesia resolves this issue, but for now, I’m not satisfied.

I had a great experience ordering from Zamnesia. The kit arrived quickly, discreetly packaged, and everything inside was well organised and exactly as described on the site. The instructions were clear, the materials looked high quality, and the whole process felt very professional. Customer support was also responsive when I had a question. Overall I’m really impressed with the reliability of the company and the standard of their products. I would definitely order from them again.

Placed and paid for order on 14 nov, Still not here 10 dec only to be told wait another 7 days! Not happy

Product itself is great and I'll judge based off my first experience. My first order with Zamnesia went ok, slightly slower than quoted but all arrived fine. I understand Black Friday is a very busy time but using a delivery partner with such a terrible reputation isnt a recipe for success. 2 subsequent orders are taking forever, one was ordered one day later and it still hasnt arrived 7 days on from the first delivery.

Good value everytime

Zamnesia's Customer Support team is truly kind, loving, and understanding—they are fantastic! However, the delivery experience has been very disappointing. ​Despite receiving a shipping notification, I am still waiting for my order 13 business days later, and tracking shows it hasn't moved. The delay is sadly quite heartbreaking. ​Great people, but I cannot recommend ordering right now if timely delivery is important to you. I sincerely hope they can improve their logistics soon.

Although there was an issue with the Portuguese postal service misplacing the package, Zamnesia’s support team was tireless. Five stars all the way. From the very beginning I always was a big fan of Zamnesia. But in last year or two some things started getting worse. Kratom quality went from decent to sometimes less than average but the prices always were one of the highest on the market. And deliverance also went down. I think that’s because huge growth of customers. Just 1-2 years ago my orders would be delivered within 3-4 days. Now sometimes I have to wait for 2 weeks which is very bad when I order mushroom grow kit. I had so many kits that didn’t work and I blame long delivery. Even now I am waiting for my order more than expected. Due to Black Friday I was notified that all orders deliveries are postponed to one week. I made my order on Nov 22nd. So I assumed that it was supposed to begin its way to me on 29th or 30th. It’s December 9th now and my order still haven’t been taken to delivery service. They just created online badge. I mean… Why don’t you just say “we delay our deliveries for unknown time” instead of one week. I used to love Zamnesia mostly because of their most helpful support and customer service. But now I have no more excuses for everything that happened with my last 4-5 orders. I guess it’s time to say goodbye
