Was told about zamnesia so had to have a look and boy was i in heaven. The service was amazing when i had a little problem but they sorted it there and then, the knowledge they have is impressive because i wanted the strongest shroom so now i know whats on the tick list lol. I ordered all in one grow bag and a hygrometer, had the grow bag 3 days now mycelium has started to spread nicely, only issue I had was the hygrometer came faulty, so had to rush out and buy one, explained the situation to Zamnesia support voucher and free p&p off my next order, can't complain

Fast Delivery, all products included

I love the niche products, such as the spore syringes and the exotic seeds. The Support is super nice and is quick to react. The Bonus Program is also a sweet extra. I've never been on the lookout for any alternative, since I love Zamnesia so much. Even the style and Marketing of Zamnesia is funny. E.g. the "European Bong Contest" as an ad for discount on bongs haha

Versand zu lange gedauert, 2wochen, rückmeldung support zu lange, ----> eine freundliche Rückmeldung bekommen; ich hatte mehrere Anfragen ohne Rückinfo; antwort an support per mail war auch nicht möglich

Took almost two weeks from netherlands to germany. Only 3 out of 5 seeds germinated.

Zamnesia offers an impressive range of products and seeds, and their website is well-organized and easy to navigate. The returning discounts and special offers are nice to have. However, my experience with customer support left something to be desired. Responses felt rushed and not very attentive to the specific issue I had. It gave the impression that resolving my concern quickly was more important than resolving it properly. Overall, great shop with a lot of potential, but I hope they take more time to listen to customers in the future.

Zamnesia has a great collection of products for all your "smart" needs. Their products are of good quality and fair prices. The customer support is quick and helpful. When I got a wrong item delivered by accident, the customer support answered after not even a day and the issue was resolved the day after that.

I ordered 2 x 3 seeds. One of them (Critical Mass Fast) already included 1 free seed. Sensi seeds - hindu kush auto also contained 4 seeds, despite me only ordering 3. And I got an additional seed from Royal Queen Seeds, which would normally cost 12€, for free!!! Thank you very much

I've ordered a couple times and it's always gone smoothly. With my latest purchase there was a mix up with my order but everything was handled quickly and expertly to correct the mistake. I tend to judge companies by how they handle it when something goes wrong, and this was 5/5. Will come back again!
