That's not my first order. I've already had experience in the past, and the delivery was a bit slow. Not just that, deliveries from China were faster. And the shipping service doesn't normally give tracking. I just knew that it had been sent, and then this morning, I received an email saying they were going to deliver it today. That is very, very bad. Most people cannot plan their day at the last minute. I hope I will receive it at all.

Great selection of items and a great freebie thrown in. Ordering was simple and straightforward, delivery was very quick to the UK. No problems at all, which is just what I want.

Easy to order, payment process went well even though I messed it up initially. Delivery was technically okay, there was a week or two delay between countries, but order arrived in pristine condition and I personally liked the little booklet they put in as extra. Product itself was top quality, exactly like it was described. Can't really do better than that.

The grow kit is simple to use. Instructions provided are helpful, although I have used a few YouTube videos to make it clearer. Still waiting to see the outcome of the grow kit, but it is a lot more fun to grow it yourself rather than just have the stuff.

Very slow to replay, spors aare realy not the best, bags to grow the kits in to small, not much info regarding shippimlng questions (still dont know my tracking number or the company that transport it) , dont give any option to collect in a service point, over all a very mideocre company, prices over the average and takes almost 3 weeks to get my stuff....

I wait on order all most 2 weeks.
