I wait on order all most 2 weeks.

I bought a McKennaii Zamnesia kit and I’m super pleased. Easy to follow, comes very well prepared and in sterile conditions and instructions are great. Thank you.

Easy and good, with nice customer service

I placed an order with Zamnesia on April 27th. On April 30th, I received an email stating that a shipping label had been created and that my package would be delivered within 5 business days. However, today is May 6th and the package still hasn’t been shipped — the tracking shows no movement whatsoever. This level of delay and lack of communication is unacceptable. If there is a problem with the shipment, I expect to be informed. Instead, I’ve been left completely in the dark. This experience has severely damaged my trust in Zamnesia and I would not recommend ordering unless you’re prepared to deal with unexplained delays.

Bought expensive seeds . They took 2 weeks to get to me but they did arrive . I started the germination process out of the 6 only 3 popped so I msgd to try and get replacements as per serious seeds and zamnesia site guarantee. First msg I got after 72hrs from support asking me for pics , I sent them in also with info on how I germinated them . They have now offered me 3 replacement seeds ,but not of what I purchased. 3 of there own strain seeds . Original purchase was white russian from serious seeds Very disappointed won't be back. Also if they don't like the germination method they should tell the seedbank that produces the seeds not to post on the site a recommended germination method

I placed my order, and they kept me updated with where my order was, and it didn’t take as long as I thought it would. These drops are great. They help me sleep for way longer than I was, and only take 30 mins or so to take effect.

following the instructions provided by zamnesia do the letter, shrooms grew fast and tall in one box but in the second one 90% of the fruiting bodies were expressed as sidepins and had to be cleaned up before any useful shrooms would start growing

What can I say. I had an issue with the first product I had from them. I was a little bummed out, but they turned it all around. The replacement was perfect and worked as it should.
