Ich habe schon mehrere Male bei Zamnesia bestellt und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Auswahl an Produkten ist riesig – von Samen über Smartshop-Artikel bis hin zu Headshop-Zubehör findet man hier wirklich alles. Besonders gefällt mir, dass sie viele Informationen und Guides anbieten, was für Einsteiger sehr hilfreich ist. Der Versand war jedes Mal diskret und ziemlich schnell. Bei einer Bestellung gab es eine kleine Verzögerung, aber der Kundenservice hat schnell reagiert und war freundlich. Die Qualität der Produkte war durchweg gut – vor allem die Trüffel und Samen, die ich getestet habe, haben meine Erwartungen erfüllt.

Ce site est très convivial, le choix des produits est très large, les tarifs compétitifs, la qualité toujours au rendez-vous. La livraison irréprochable, rapide et sécure. J'apprécie beaucoup les informations sur les différends produits, on apprend plein de choses, il y a un côté "éducatif" au dela de l'aspect commercial, pour comprendre l'intérêt et les limites des plantes, pour consommer en toute responsabilité ce qu'offre la nature... Pour le bien-être/mieux être individuel. Sans faire l'apologie de "drogues" ni pousser à l'autodestruction. Merci pour cette "entreprise" (militante) qui place les libertés individuelles au dela de la morale, des législations arbitraires et laisse chacun libre de faire ses choix en toute conscience.

Bisher gab es keine Probleme bei Reklamationen oder Ähnlichem. Es kann immer mal was schief laufen, aber die Leute bei Zamnesia sind mit schneller und kompetenter Hilfe zur Stelle.

Der Support und der Internet Auftritt von Zamnesia ist sehr kulant und professionell! Dafür hätte ich eigentlich 5 Sterne vergeben. Aber was nützt es, wenn die Samen nicht keimen? Leider verkauft Zamnesia meiner Meinung nach defekte und überalterte Samen. Anders kann ich mir die Ausfallquote von 80% nicht erklären. Ich habe bereits 6 Lieferung von Zamnesia erhalten. Meine nächste Bestellung werde ich aber bei einem anderen Breeder tätigen. Ich habe genug schlechtes Zeug von Zamnesia erhalten.

Wie immer ein Einwandfreier Service. Schnell, unkompliziert, gut. Bitte weiter so!
