Slow dispatch, slow delivery (took over 3 weeks), this is 1 out of 3 deliveries so far but by far the worst - other deliveries were within a 7-10 day timeframe

I had bought 2 sets of seeds. None of which germinated. I buy mushroom growpacks every year but this was my first time trying to grow hemp seeds. My guess was even in summer the temperature just wasn't warm enough for them . I got InTouch with zamnesia the service was great. They got back to me promptly and on this occasion i was given a one off goodwill gesture to replace the seeds which I was really pleased with because the seeds aren't cheap. I have a heat mat this time so hope I will have better luck. Kala x

I sent so many emails to information on my delivery and it has been a week with no response. I asked for a refund and still no response. Don’t spend your money where a company only takes your money to have you call your bank to have investigated to get a refund. Amnesia doesn’t care

Do yourself a favour, and look everywhere else first!! I have made multiple orders from this company, and I've only had issues with them... Bad germination rates on their own products, and anything that does germinate, grows slow and stays extremely small. As for external products, you'll get better deals and faster delivery from their own sites - I'd highly recommend not using this site!!

Order arrived quickly. One item arrived damaged due to postage but this got swiftly resolved. Customer support was quick and helpful. Would highly recommend.

As always, speedy discrete delivery and excellent products and service. The one time customs held my package and removed the mushrooms, a replacement or discount was offered immediately. I used to use a bunch of different seed shops but just Zamensia now.

I ordered on a Sunday and didn't receive it to like Wednesday or Tuesday not next week but the following, not that big of deal but you're new godfather og is just terrible.....are they a white label seed? You guys have been screewd and sold old seeds....they did pop but just gave up like what I have seen in poor genetics and old seeds....... everything else is fine though and so are the other seeds. Sorry I wouldn't recommend you to anyone in the UK because of the timing and quality. And I hate royal mail. Sorry just felt annoyed for my first purchase.

I use to order seeds from Zamnesia but they don't ship to Romania anymore. ****. I will no longer do that. Next time I need seeds I will check again if Romania is available, but if not, I will order from somewhere else...

I love big discounts on shrooms. Wide variety of products, good customer service. Little slow package delivery.

I was sent the wrong product. Initially it looked as though the customer service was great when they said that they would re ship the product. They then spammed me asking for a review which I did, Still nothing received a week later. When chased up I was ignored. Never got the product I ordered and had to charge back to my card, Glade I ordered on my credit card. Jokers.

I placed my order on November 21. I received FIRST email that my order was shipped on November 27. Which was obviously a lie. I was checking tracking number whole week and nothing showed up. As if the order was never sent. And today, on December 7., i received SECOND email that my order has shipped. This time it looks like it has actually shipped. But i guess they like to send emails with lies about "your order shipped". A little honesty would be much more appreciated, rather than sending emails with lies. Most likely my last order, although i have few unused vouchers and Tribe points. Very disappointed!

J'ai passée commande le 27 Octobre, toujours rien 2 semaine après... je relance via le formulaire de contacte : on me propose un remboursement ou de renvoyer ma commande "gratuitement" (encore heureux), je choisi la deuxième option. 2 semaines après toujours rien, je RE-relance, même réponse et depuis RIEN..... Nous somme aujourd'hui le 7 Décembre : plus d'1 mois d'attente pour l'instant.....

Zamnesia have really surprised me, very fast response, very quick delivery... and the product? NICE. Obviously I have just recieved it, but last night as one of the most relaxed was the best I have had in a long time, I have spinal injury, it suppresses my spasms in my legs enough to allow me to relax and sleep, the perfect medicine. Thankyou Zamnesia, I will be back when my present stuff is almost done, never want to run out.

Would recommend cheaper than most for same qualities

My parcel has never arrived I have messaged and was told I’d get a reply in 2 days and I haven’t had any reply!! My parcel is over a week late and I’m really disappointed!

Not discreet whatsoever on the front of the packaging for everyone to see souvenir cannabis seeds not happy at all.

The website stated that delivery could take 5 working days but in fact it took 11 days to be delivered. I am not even in the country and only have a delivery email to say it has been delivered. I won’t even know the package is there until I return in 6 weeks time.
