Took almost two weeks from netherlands to germany. Only 3 out of 5 seeds germinated.

Zamnesia offers an impressive range of products and seeds, and their website is well-organized and easy to navigate. The returning discounts and special offers are nice to have. However, my experience with customer support left something to be desired. Responses felt rushed and not very attentive to the specific issue I had. It gave the impression that resolving my concern quickly was more important than resolving it properly. Overall, great shop with a lot of potential, but I hope they take more time to listen to customers in the future.

Zamnesia has a great collection of products for all your "smart" needs. Their products are of good quality and fair prices. The customer support is quick and helpful. When I got a wrong item delivered by accident, the customer support answered after not even a day and the issue was resolved the day after that.

I ordered 2 x 3 seeds. One of them (Critical Mass Fast) already included 1 free seed. Sensi seeds - hindu kush auto also contained 4 seeds, despite me only ordering 3. And I got an additional seed from Royal Queen Seeds, which would normally cost 12€, for free!!! Thank you very much

I've ordered a couple times and it's always gone smoothly. With my latest purchase there was a mix up with my order but everything was handled quickly and expertly to correct the mistake. I tend to judge companies by how they handle it when something goes wrong, and this was 5/5. Will come back again!

I've never experienced better customer service than at Zamnesia! Great products, fast shipping, and outstanding service. Unfortunately, two of my seeds didn't germinate, but they responded immediately and looked for solutions. I'm so impressed with the support team; simply first-class! A great shop and even better service behind it. They stand behind their products. I would give them 100 stars if I could.

I ordered some shrooms and, due to an error in the address that was entirely my fault, my shipment went astray. No-one could have been more patient and helpful than the Zamnesia customer service team, and when my kit arrived, it worked exactly as advertised. Really good experience in every way, 10/10.

Obwohl der Fehler sehr wahrscheinlich bei mir lag, wurde mir von der "Hausmarke" kostenlose Ersatzsamen nach meinen freien Wahl angeboten und Tipps mitgegeben. Dabei habe ich mich nicht beschwert, sondern sie haben lediglich meine Rezension gelesen und wurden auf Problem aufmerksam. Die deuschen Verkehrsbetriebe könnten sich von diesem Service ein Beispiel nehmen!

I received good and quick help from Zamnesia when I had - by mistake - treated the product incorrectly. I was very sorry for my mistake but they quickly sent me a brand new product and they made sure that I was satisfied. Thank you Zamnesia!
