All good except that it would have been convenient to have growing instructions including in pack, rather than spend time finding instructions on the Zamnesia site and having to double-check that I was matching instructions and kit correctly. Maybe legal constraints on this?

Im so happy with my order and will order again. The only thing I reacted on was on the transaction on my bank account the name Zamnesia occurered thinking about the discretion.

Order recieved and items packaged and shipped in a timely manner, package was tracked into country and to local delivery office within a week but then sent back to customs clearance which held up delivery for another week, cleared with no issues and thankfully the tracking kept me informed along with an email correspondence with Zamnesias customer services which was helpful. Really happy with the products and have to say this is an exception as I've not had delays previously when ordering from Zamnesia, UK postal service on the other hand! thats a different matter.

I get for 175€ , for the 420 mystery box “deluxe” a bunch of items for gardening . Also I was hyping and really wishing to get a bong or a vape razor … but I get a very nice xxxxx … it’s not really what I really wish to get :/ … beside the waiting of 1 month and waiting … yeah . Overall it’s not really Worthing . Maybe they will mail me to change my opinion. The deluxe box from my point of view it’s not Worthing 500€ of good … nearly 300€ :((

2 bestellungen getätigt. bisher problemlos und zeitnah alles bestellte erhalten. ich hatte probleme mit dem keimen von 2 samen. habe das dann gemeldet, ersatz ist unterwegs. auch die kräutersamen und die chilisamen einwandfrei gekeimt. freue mich schon auf die ernte.

Eigentlich mag ich ja den Shop - gute Auswahl - viele Angebote - nette Tipps /Tricks für den Anbau und ein gut durchdachtes Bonuspunktesystem mit vielen interessanten Angeboten - leider ist der Versand ne absolute Katastrophe - erstmal - es wird (bei meinen Bestellungen jedenfalls) mit Hermes nach Deutschland versendet. (dieser hat ein sehr schlechtes Image unter den Lieferdiensten da Lieferungen of nicht - oder nur verzögert ankommen) - Dann ist da noch das Problem, daß bezahlte Bestellungen meist erst Tage /Wochen später verschickt werden - warum? Das wüsste ich auch gerne. Der Kundenservice reagiert scheinbar nur wenn er Bock hat - viele meiner Anfragen sind bisher unbeantwortet geblieben. Ich warte noch immer auf meine Bestellung vom 17.4.2025 - eine weitere Bestellung liegt bei Zamnesia und wird nicht verschickt (vom 2.5.2025)- es ist eine Katastrophe. Wer also möglichst zeitnah seine Ware erhalten möchte, bestellt lieber woanders. Mal schauen - ob - und wann ich mit meiner Ware rechnen kann - werde es dann hier nachträglich einfügen. (falls es möglich ist)

This was my first time ordering from Zamnesia, and I’ll definitely do it again. Everything went smoothly, and the products were excellent.

Not even a good company, they're talking about 3-5 working days fros shipping and i bought alot of times online never lost a package. I don't know how but they somehow managed to lose my package and now i'm waiting for my a new one a replacement order but they're never assuring that it'll arrive. The tracking i don't even know what it's supposed to mean. You'll give me a tracking code without it even working on the courrier you're using then why are you giving it to me. It' giving me false hope! I'll delete this review if i'm wrong but i'm not for now. Just use this site as your last option on the list and yeah it is legit i think. Their costumer service is good tho.
