I ordered my first set of seeds from Zamnesia, but they messed up the order and sent me just the newsletter instead (which was sent track and trace, and I paid full postage). It took two weeks to arrive, and after informing Zamnesia, they offered a voucher and free shipping on my next order. I have yet to receive the voucher, and I am still waiting to order seeds for my first grow. I gave two stars because I placed another order two days after the first one, and that arrived (but the order didn't include seeds). I was recommended Zamnesia by a trusted source, but form my experience I wouldn't recommended. Sorry, but that's just an honest assessment given the circumstances. Edit: I have updated the score from 2 to 4 stars, as the situation was eventually resolved to my satisfaction. I received a bonus voucher and free shipping, so all good in the end.

Bij het openen van de bestelling bleek er iets te ontbreken. Ik liet dit weten en kreeg direct de optie voor ofwel een tegoed bon ofwel geld terug. De afhandeling ging snel en correct. Super service.

That's not my first order. I've already had experience in the past, and the delivery was a bit slow. Not just that, deliveries from China were faster. And the shipping service doesn't normally give tracking. I just knew that it had been sent, and then this morning, I received an email saying they were going to deliver it today. That is very, very bad. Most people cannot plan their day at the last minute. I hope I will receive it at all.

Easy to order, payment process went well even though I messed it up initially. Delivery was technically okay, there was a week or two delay between countries, but order arrived in pristine condition and I personally liked the little booklet they put in as extra. Product itself was top quality, exactly like it was described. Can't really do better than that.
