I waited long time for parcel that never come I asked for assistance with this but it was never resolved

My package came very quick considering it came from Holland. And all the items are as described.

They do a great job. I got my order in just 4 or 5 days compared to other companies I've used which take 10 to 14 days.

Everiting is fine, but it took 17 days from order to delivery. And in my experience even when waiting for a cargo (bulk) transport it is less than a week from Rotterdam to us (for exaple) if sent with DHL or Overseas. Besides, it will be nice to receive tracking number in a delivery confirmation... which I could not find in email (maybe is there somewhere?) Best regards!

Very good company, I have ordered from them a few times now and have only had 1 problem with a single grow bag which I contacted them and within a day they got back to me with 2 offers, either choose another and have it sent out free of charge or give me a full refund, Highly recommend this company!!

I thought the prices were good and my order was shipped and delivered pretty fast but I ordered a 10 pack of seeds and 2 single seed packs and the 10 pack only had 9 seeds. I was disappointed about that but I figured I'd let that go since the price and delivery was as good as it was.

This is the first time I try this company there on point seed hatched the second day. Their customer service is on point highly recommended.

Can't say about product due to not trying out yet. Can say that it was an easy checkout and super fast delivery.
