Nice packing and i was happy when ingit it and ther was no problems until i opened I ordered 3 torch's pack but instead got one. It didnt work after first day even if i fill it up with right gas and everything it doesnt give a spark anymore. So that was kinda frustfrating. And grow kit didnt have instructions so i had to google and see million different styles and now my shrooms r f*ckd. But nice package though. Maybe i try one More time (not the torch, there should be 2 left now). But thanks, sorry for bad review but this was my First experience. Thx -jani

Evening I decided to take 15 grams of truffles, Valhalla strain, combined with lion’s mane and niacin. During the first hour, I only felt a surge of energy, and during that time I started boxing training. About two hours later, I went outside and it was already dark — the streetlights seemed brighter than usual, my vision and hearing were enhanced, I had very clear mental clarity, and experienced a lot of introspection. I’ll definitely try it again, but I think 15 grams is a bit low for me, since I’ve had stronger experiences before. Wer nach einer Bestellung über's Internet schon mal was reklamiert hat, der wird das kennen, oft wird man einfach ignoriert, vertröstet oder abgewimmelt. Nicht so bei Zamnesia, selbst Kleinigkeiten nimmt man dort ernst und bemüht sich darum, den Kunden zufrieden zu stellen. Ich habe in einer anderen Branche selber im Kundendienst gearbeitet und weiß daher genau, wie wichtig guter Customer Service ist um die Kundenbindung zu fördern und die Kollegen vom Zamnesia-Team arbeiten vorbildlich, sollte mal was nicht zu 100% geklappt haben. Macht so weiter und ich bleibe auf jeden Fall euer Kunde!

I think i got a bad batch. I ordered salvia x80 and nothing happened. I tried many times but just a small sensation of like i am in a wheel and i was spinning for 1 minute and that was all. And 20 grams of dried leafs of salvia. Smoking them in the bong with a torch lighter as with the extract and gave me the same sensation. And chewing even nothing. I will reorder in hope that i will receive a good one. I was taking it for my spiritual awakening and i don't lose hope that i will achieve it and find a good batch.

My parcel arrived on time but as it was bank holidays it took longer than expected. The truffles had lost its vacuum and two parts of the growing truffle kit were not looking too healthy. I've sent an email to their support team and they gave me two compensation options. So as said, great customer support and overall good quality products as they seem, at least for the Salvia D. dried leaves that I tried. I recommend them for their reliability. Thank you Z's :)

Mit Zamnesia habe ich bisher nur positive Erfahrungen gemacht. Ob Lieferung oder Kontakt. Dazu sind sie sehr kulant bei Beanstandungen.

Ich hatte einen Bruchschaden bei meinem letzten Paket. Innerhalb eines Tages ab Ticketeröffnung wohlgemerkt war alles erledigt. Wenn das Ersatzteil nun auch ankommt in den nächsten Tagen war es ein unglaublich freundlicher und schneller Vorgang für mich und ich fühle mich auch in Zukunft weiterhin bestens aufgehoben bei meinen Freunden von Zamnesia!
