I couldn't be happier with my experience with Zamnesia's customer support. Patricia was absolutely amazing — friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I had a few questions about my order, and Patricia responded quickly with clear and caring answers that made everything so easy. She really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.

Zamnezia's customer service is excellent, the package was lost in the country of arrival and they kindly tracked it down and provided the address of the package location. The delivery was surprisingly fast.

Amazing service and products

The shipping itself was a bit too long, couple of weeks i guess but eventually everything came to me so its good. And the box itself could have been more descreet, everything was just thrown in the box.

I am very satisfied with my purchase from Zamnesia. The package was shipped very quickly and was well protected. The customer service was exemplary quick responses and very helpful. Additionally, the wide selection of payment methods makes the ordering process much easier. Highly recommended!

The hot sauce is great but zamnesia often runs out of stock and I have to wait. The truffles however are always hit and miss with zamnesia, this time was a miss unfortunately. Generally speaking zamnesia is easy to deal with, responsive to customers needs and feedback and provide a high level of service.

Zamnesia is my n1 for everything. They are best. High quality products and service. I love you guys.

Absolutely fantastic. At first I had some concerns as they seemed to be quite a large company and might not be as personal as some of the smaller companies. My experience since has been awesome though. Whenever I've had even the slightest issue, which is rare, they do everything to correct it, even when I didn't feel it was they're responsibility to do so. I genuinely feel like I'm dealing with a friend when I order from Zam.

Since I’ve started my journey with Zamnesia, I’ve got nothing but satisfying experience. High quality products with good description and instructions. Delicious recipes, dosage calculator and many more! Customer-service is also a top notch! In rare cases where I had difficulties with the order or a product, the customer service was always there to guide me through the process of the problem solving. In some cases they either refunded or replaced the item.
