Everything was excellent except the delivery. It took 10 days.

Products are great, but email responses could be faster in case of issues.

First time ordering from Zamnesia and i am very happy with their service, my friend had been using them for a long time. Who then told me about Zamnesia, and im really glad he did. My orders progress was shown the entire time, along with tracking info once it had dispatched. Order took a couple of days in the post to arrive, which is perfectly fine and acceptable considering it was international shipping, which had zero issues along the way. Customer service are very helpful also having had to contact them. They are very polite, understanding and are willing to work with you to correct issues or answer questions. The site its self is not only an online store, its also a very informative site that provides detailed instructionals, how-to's, Ideas, guides and much much more. Ive found i spend a fair amount of time on the website not just shopping, but also reading all of their blogs to learn as much as i can about different subjects related to Zamnesia. 100% reliable, and have gained a long term customer with me.

But the best thing about Zamnesia is they realise that some countries have such ridiculous restrictions when it comes to the selling of Kratom which has helped thousands of people to come away from the addiction of far more dangerous drugs but are prescribed and permitted. So I sincerely thank Zamnesia for helping me and thousands of others find a way out of the hell of addiction to painkillers.

Very pleased with this order, it’s my first time trying this brand. It arrived very quickly. I purchased 2 kits, one starting pinning within a week and the first flush was a good yield. The other has taken a bit longer but is coming along nicely too.

Send wrong items two times in a row. Not responding after the second package arrived. I messaged them right away, getting ghosted since.

Bought 2 mckenna cakes and both yielded less than 5g each even after 2 flushes. Ive bought these same cakes but a couple of years ago and I got close to 15g each but sadly not this time. Temps, humidity and light were on point. I got zero growth in the middle of both cakes, only on edges or underneath.

Ich habe 6 seeds bestellt dann habe ich eine Nachricht bekommen das die Samen angeblich geliefert worden, sind sie aber NICHT. Ich habe 4 Nachrichten an den Support geschrieben und keine Antwort erhalten... Ich bon echt sehr Enttäuscht von Zamneseia
