I can't describe how awesome this company is I've ordered from zamnesia for 2 years now just to explain how awesome they are my last order I ordered 20 seeds and probably all my fault I didn't get the seeds to pop I reached out to zamnesia to tell them a knowledgeable service professional responded back with amazing advice and they sent me 14 better seeds giving me another chance every seed popped and looking amazing thank you zamnesia for excellence

if you have a problem an email and there very helpful don't mess about to fix problems and care about what the customer thinks plus the gifts and things you pick up On the way is brilliant and the tribe scheme is an excellent idea also the information about growing and stuff i got over email is amazing...... over all happy and I look forward to trying more products

Packaging for the separately ordered pieces for the volcano balloons was not sufficient. Some of the packaging was open in the box. Risk of dust contamination by the dusty packing material.

Ich hatte bisher nie Probleme, aber im November bestellte ich ein Produkt bei dem es später hieß es wäre nicht mehr lieferbar. Nach einigem hin und her verlangte ich eine Zurückerstattung des Geldes! Daraufhin wurde meine e-mail Adresse blockiert so dass ich nicht mehr dem Support schreiben konnte! Es ist eine Riesensauerei! Ich bin maßlos enttäuscht! Schweinescheisseladen!

Ich habe Samen beim Zamnesia bestellt ab leider gönnen sie nicht auf. Nachdem ich Sie kontaktiert hatte bekam ich sie neue Samen. Das nennt man eine seriöse Firma. Weiter so Vielen dank an das gesamte Zamnesia Team für ihre Mühe.

Hice un pedido lo cancele a los 10 min porque tardaban 8 dias laborables. Mande el correo de cancelacion y a los dias me respondieron a mi correo con dos correos simultaneos que uno decia que mi pedido estaba listo y el otro que no me podian devolver el dinero porque el pedido ya habia salido. Cuando es su culpa de revisar antes pesimo servicio al cliente

Cancele el producto enseguida de pedirlo y no quieren devolver el dinero ustedes son unos ladrones el fallo es suyo no mio
