Lo staff di Zamnesia e sempre disponibile ad aiutare e non ho mai avuto problemi con alcun ordine. Nel caso ad esempio di un kit di funghi difettoso Zamnesia dopo aver valutato il problema ti sostituiscono il prodotto a proprie spese.

Ik heb twee grow kit besteld en laten afleveren in Spanje. Binnen drie dagen had ik hem al en dat was super. De groei kit deed het super. Misschien was het een idee om de instructie er bij in te doen. Maar je kun het ook opzoeken op jullie site. Vond wel dat er bij in de doos veel reclame papieren zat maar dat is persoonlijk. Maar ben helemaal tevreden.

I have received two batches of defective mushrooms, which was frustrating as I am not the most patient of persons, however the third batch has quickly started fruiting which was exhilarating to finally see mushrooms after 3 months of trying.. Despite being disappointed with the first two my feeling overall is the customer service was great.
