Awesome help desk feedback, once i ordered 2+1 ready2grow but only got 2, somehow I could not care. Just got kush vape that leaked when opened. Zamni got me voucher for my money and free shipping.

I had a little hiccup with my last order; a liquid culture syringe was missing. The support team quickly responded and gave me the choice of having the syringe sent or a voucher for the amount. Everything I have bought from Zamnesia has been top-notch!

I placed an order and usually my order is received without any issues but unfortunately in my last order 1 small item was missing. A quick email to customer services and it's been sorted free of charge. I was thinking it might be a voucher code on my next order but no the missing item is being sent with compensation. Unheard of levels of customer service, well done zamnesia

What to say about this company. Firstly. Let's look at their website. The information they provide is phenomenal. If you've never ordered a Mushroom Grow Kit before but want to have your first mushroom experience they have you covered. From the in depth information about each mushroom strain and what to expect when taking it to a detailed manual on exactly how to grow them. For a first time mushroom grower this can be quite intimidating but they definitely put your mind at ease. On top of all that their website is stacked with articles that cover the whole spectrum of a phcycedelic experience. From how to dry the mushrooms, how to consume them and also how to store them. This is so useful because it provides customers with a one stop shop for everything. You don't have to order the mushrooms and then go and do your own research on what to do once you've harvested the shrooms. Thruly exceptional and well done to the company for that. Secondly, their customer service and support team really shows what the company stands for. I got inspired to take mushrooms after reading a book on psychedelics. So I was so excited after ordering it and waiting for my parcel to arrive. On arrival there was a problem with the grow bag having a slight tear in it and during the stress/excitement of the moment trying to fix it, I followed the wrong instructions for prepping the grow kit. After getting in touch with the customer service team, explaining the situation and providing pictures they really took great care in helping me. They answered my emails with an approach of "what happened and how can we fix it" which I did not expect from such a big company. Their attitude was professional while warm and caring. They replied promptly to all my emails and offered to send me a new kit and told me exactly what to do this time. The new kit arrived and the mushrooms are growing. I highly recommend this company. A big shout out to their support team for their help and assistance.

Zamnesia offers a wide selection of products for the psychonaut. I'd like to see them get in to the psychotropic market in Europe like they offer in the USA but that be because of legal strictures. I have always found their products to be first class and the accompanying articles that explain the hows and whys of each product is also very important for customer education. Their delivery speeds also seem to be improving. I got a delivery within a week recently compared to a fortnight before, so keep up the good work Zamnesia.
