I think the order went very smoothly, with putting things in the basket, removing things from the basket if necessary, and ordering the items. The package arrived on time, in around 2 days, which was perfect. I was ordering with a voucher that I received from the Zamnesia customer service, because of the items that I received last time which were not up to the level of satisfaction I expected. I was incredibly pleasantly surprised by this initiative from Zamnesia to satisfy the customer and it definitely made me trust Zamnesia that they wanted to make sure the customer is satisfied and receives the products that are up to their level of satisfaction and more! I do think that for many of the products that are being sold, there could be more measurements given so that people can actually visualize in front of them how big an item will be. Plus, some items on the website could have more images of the product so there can be more dimensions of the items seen, or just different angles. For example, the "Weed Curing Jar" could have, firstly given measurements of each of the "S", "M", etc sizes in its description but also, more pictures of each of the jars next to an item for size comparison. Additionally, for example, for the "BEST BUDS METAL ROLLING TRAY SMALL" there could be a picture of the tray's height (side profile) as well as its underneath (which may seem irrelevant to some people but other people might care about it!). The more pictures with products, the merrier in my opinion! :) I just really want to emphasize how incredible the customer service was
