Die Lieferzeit betrug von der Bestellung bis zu Lieferung nur ZWEI Tage. Unglaublich wie schnell!!! Der Service wird hier wirklich groß geschrieben. Sofern ein Problem aufkommt, wird dieses so schnell wie möglich und zur Zufriedenheit des Kunden erledigt. Ein dickes "Dankeschön" an Zamnesia. Ich werde auf jeden Fall hier wieder etwas bestellen.

The shipping worked well except UPS forgot to give me the package pickup code which came a couple of days later. I had to call the parcel machine customer service for 15 minutes and it cost me 15€ extra. Otherwise everything worked well.

Delivery was quick, price was good en the quality was excellent.

I've always appreciated the forthcoming attitude and high quality products of this shop, and considered myself a loyal costumer. My last purchase got me a bit disappointed, because products were missing within my order and unfortunately it took the customer support a few days to resolve my issue, so that I missed out on some big discounts. I would've wished a little more ambition in making me a happy costumer again. My experience with Zamnesia went from exceptional to mediocre, which is a bummer.
