Good strain catalog, good prices, greats sales... But slow delivery.

Zamnesia are my favourite company to deal with. They are responsive, their marketing and communications are excellent and they keep me coming back with rewards almost every time I order. What a brilliant company and excellent products.

I like the products and how they handle problems

In the past, I was very satisfied and the online store worked great, but unfortunately, things have gotten really bad. The communication is terrible — I’ve waited up to three days for a response, which usually just leads to more back-and-forth messages. It’s practically impossible to resolve anything. I placed an order, and even after a week, it still hasn’t been shipped. The tracking link keeps showing that the carrier has only received the shipment data. It’s been a week now, and there’s still no response from customer support. It’s very disappointing, and I cannot recommend shopping here anymore. I truly hope they manage to return to being the great store they once were, but for now, I can’t give a better rating.

All round I would say you guys are a great company. My parcel came a week or two later but that was on ups department and when I needed assistance on what to do the Zamnesia helpline couldn’t be any better. I’ve had my grow bags just under a week and they look like they are going to start pinning soon. Absolutely amazing thank you very much to all the zamnesia team.

Deliveries are always on time. I have had issues with a couple of kits, but customer service ant Zamnesia is excellent and soon sorted it out. The one issue I have is with the bags I get for the Copeland kit. They are a lot heavier than the ones I used to get before with white stripes on them. They also have two holes in them two or 3 mm in diameter which in my opinion is a nightmare for not contaminating so I have to keep washing out an old bag that I got last yearwith white stripes on it which works lots better. I do wish they would get this issue sorted as last time I asked I got told it was a supplier problem and out of their hands . Other than that everything is hunky-dory. !!
