Extremely poor communication and long delays — very disappointed with the recent experience.
In the past, I was very satisfied and the online store worked great, but unfortunately, things have gotten really bad. The communication is terrible — I’ve waited up to three days for a response, which usually just leads to more back-and-forth messages. It’s practically impossible to resolve anything.
I placed an order, and even after a week, it still hasn’t been shipped. The tracking link keeps showing that the carrier has only received the shipment data. It’s been a week now, and there’s still no response from customer support.
It’s very disappointing, and I cannot recommend shopping here anymore. I truly hope they manage to return to being the great store they once were, but for now, I can’t give a better rating.
