Really slow Service
When I placed my orders, I didn’t expect to be waiting over a month. I can take into consideration that it’s a busy time of year, but I thought that the company would do and have planned better for it being a business and knowing that it is a busy time of year. Because I feel now the customer is feeling the repercussions of poor planning and is now left without their products over the winter holidays. I really regret having to write this review as I feel like the products are high-quality, but I feel the really slow service lets all these other aspects down, and it has been a really deflating experience.
