Never a 100% germination rate. The support is friendly and helpful. Sometimes it takes a little longer to find a solution. The Tribe program is very useful for getting free seeds.

I had no issues recieving my seed order. It came a couple days early. I did have some issues with germination. They helped me out with getting that going and sent me some replacement seeds. Their customer service was very fast and courteous. Very professional
