Got a growkit, no yield. Customer service was very kind and upon delivery of pictures proceeded to send me a new one. Now many small pins are emerging and I thank you sincerely for your professionalism and great customer service.

Don't be so hostile towards your costumers regarding the product descriptions. It's very depressing to read "With these kits it is possible to harvest multiple flushes (4 flushes are pretty much the minimum, provided you don't behave utterly stupid) and all you need is a little patience." when your grow kit only gives two. Patience isn't enough, you do need expert timing in regarding to picking the fruit at the right time or else the product is useless afterwards. A shame...

Mit den Kräutern waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die mushroom Box war leider nicht so gut und hat nur sehr wenig Pilze produziert und nur 2 flushs, auch waren wir von der Wirkung nicht so überzeugt. Insgesamt haben wir vielleicht 3 Gramm getrocknet ernten können. Kann es sein, dass die Pilze aus dem fresh mushroom kits nicht so stark sind? Sind andere Kits besser?

Es kam rechtzeitig an, die Mystery Wundertüte hatte mich jedoch überrascht da ich diese nicht erwartet habe. Die magischen Trüffel habe ich sofort ausprobiert da habe ich jedoch mehr erwartet aber das liegt wahrschlich dran das ich diese zum ersten mal probierte. Das GrowKit musste ich 5 Tage im Karton lassen da ich in den Urlaub fuhr und als ich wieder zuhause war fing ich mit der Zucht an. Ich hatte ein wenig "Angst" da nach 2 Wochen sich nichts getan hat aber nach einem gründlichen durchlüften fingen diese zu wachsen an und das extrem schnell. Diese Pilze gaben mir ein wunderbares gefühl mit guten Visuals

Ho sempre avuto risposte rapide ed esaudienti, anche quando ho avuto problemi con un voucher, se proprio devo fare un'osservazione non trovo giusto non poter acquistare determinati prodotti solo perchè vivo in Italia, ed infine i voucher che mi mandate dopo aver eseguito un acquisto non posso mai utilizzarli , quindi inutili , specchio per allodole
