This has to be one of the most customer friendly companies in Europe. I had some difficulties with the kit, and Zamnesia´s team went out of their way to help out and to provide a wonderful experience. I got a faulty product and had to send in several photos to verify the situation, although apparently the whole batch had the same problem. In the end I got no extra compensation for the lack of quality assurance, just a refund...

All the products I ordered were great. Actually every time I order from Zamnesia their products arrive on time and are dope. But what is even better is the customer service. I messed up my own order and when I talked to customer service not only did they answer me quickly but they helped me solve my problem. They probably have some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I bought b+ in December, Only side puns. Support guided me through with all steps, but First flush was not good, only side pins. They replaced me the box and second one golden teacher was truly good. Good service. Will order next here.
