I have been customer few years now and shipping is fast, staff is very friendly and professional and always willing to help you even send new product when i messed up. One seed didn't grow and they immediately send 5 more. Reward system is absolutely addictive because who could say no to free stuff that is only for members and best thing is that if you are 18+ you can join in. It's very hard even considering any other than Zamnesia.com. Zamnesia is company that make other companies take notes how to run business like they do. 6/5 star.

I ordered outoflowering seeds, but I got normal seeds which grew like over 2 meters. The thing is, that the suppport asked me questions which do not have anyhting to do with the topic. They ask for pictures, but I already sent pictures. The questions about light and watering doesnt make any difference that autoflowering plants dont grew 2 meters high. They get max a meter. Its totaly different. So im not very happy about the support. In the end i got my money back for this seeds, which i appreciate. Service ok.

I have bought 3 kits so far . The first two worked great . Unfortunately the 3rd one didn't produce much but the guys resolved this quickly. Great products . Great customer service.

Have just become a member and made my first order, came across this supplier after using one of my other regular suppliers, had look at items on offer and was impressed by a good selection at good prices so ordered. Parcel was dispatched quickly and was ready for delivery, had a bit of a shock when I had to pay quite a bit for import duty so I contacted customer service who said there was nothing they could do about it so I ended up paying it so I could get the parcel delivered, I have noticed since they now have a limit which explains going over it will be liable for import tax, I did tell them it should have been more clear before you checkout! Which they now seem to have done. I think I will still order again soon as they do have some good offers. Thanks again.

Leider ging bei einer meiner ersten Bestellungen etwas schief, nachdem der Fehler anschließend vom Support geprüft wurde erhielt Ich eine sehr faire 1 zu 1 Erstattung und die Nachfrage ob dies Okay sei. Das Zamnesia Team erkannte die Lage und lies mich nicht hängen wie andere Anbieter im europäischen Ausland. Mein Fazit : Falls mal was bei einer Bestellung schief gehen sollte brauch man nicht gleich in Panik geraten auch wenn dieser Anbieter nicht seinen Sitz in Deutschland hat, Ihr Team versteht Mails auch auf Deutsch und antwortet sehr kompetent und hilft einem auch weiter ( Bei Problemen empfehle Ich Bilder direkt bei der ersten Mail an den Support dranzuhängen, da so einem MEGA schnell geholfen werden kann ). Das Sortiment ist so riesig und für jeden Natur Patienten ist was feines dabei werde definitiv öfters da bestellen. Weiter So ! <3

The products are good, I can’t complain. The only thing that annoyed me a bit is the delays in the delivery. It’s said that it takes 4 business days once ordered, and it took way longer. Also, there was no clear message about the delivery being delayed when ordering. Maybe you could add an option to have overnight delivery/express delivery even with extra costs if necessary. I had to cancel a party because the parcel was late.

It was my first order from Zamnesia and I was a little bit nervous. But everything was perfect. Quick delivery and all product were in nice shape. Also gift was very nice. Thank you.

Ordered from them multiple times. Good that they have everything you could need, including information. Needed to cancel my order and due to customer service taking 2-3 days to respond, it wasn't cancelled. But it's okay still have a use for the product and I actually wanted to cancel my cancellation ^_^ Highly recommend!!

Perfect, though i have to order kits, I am unsure about ordering 3 kits to Germany at same time which may weight about 6 kilos.
