The product arrived as expected and the customer service was super helpful, I would highly recommend the brand

I am very disappointed with this store’s service and their approach to customers. When placing the order, it was clearly stated on their website that the items would be shipped within 2–3 business days. However, after completing the order, I received a message saying that due to issues with their warehouse, they would not be able to ship my order for at least a week. Since I will be going on vacation in a week and will not be able to receive the delivery, I tried to cancel the order. After calling customer support, I was told that the order could not be canceled because it was already “being prepared,” even though they themselves admitted it could not be shipped within the originally promised timeframe. I find this practice dishonest: promising fast shipping, then failing to meet those deadlines and refusing to cancel the order when the delay makes delivery impossible for the customer. I am very dissatisfied with their service and would not recommend this store due to poor communication and lack of customer-oriented service.

I was gonna give you a 3 stars but then I realised it’s not me who’s trying to run a multi national mushroom selling business with live substrate, keep it up the mushrooms are fire and it’s not even you who is slow it’s the ****ty Royal Mail, thank you for having such a cool shop

They solved every case to my satifaction. I got wrong free seeds, so they just offered me 5 seeds of my choice from Zamnesia seeds. That is what a company should do, make your customer happy and they eill stay. Im customer since 8-10 years now, donno exactly.
