The first time they sent the parcel it didn't arrive because I used the post office address. The reached out and said they will ship it again to my address free of charge. It arrive in 5 business days.

Returning customer here. I have submitted a ticket about an issue (their system could not accept my address), now its almost 7 days since I asked for help and my issue is still not solved. If it's possible, I will update this review once Zamnesia solves my issue.

I’ve been ordering from Zam for a long time but recently got hit with a massive customs bill on my latest delivery with UPS. UK tax and customs charges, not Zam fault but hikes up the total price in the end. Also when deals are offered like 2+1 free on (GROW920) mushroom grow kits but every single grow kit only alllows you to add 1 grow kit to the basket something is off there! As if your out of stock on every grow kit when it comes to buying more than 2 grow kits of the same strain?! Seems strange. I also have experienced slower delivery recently than normal and 2 of my bags did not produce any fruits. I have several accounts over the years with Zam and usually it’s always been good :(

I had a problem with a few seeds that I had ordered. What shall I say? The after sale service was just great. This is exactly how online business. Definitely not my last order!

I received the grow bag and was so excited. Everything was easy and fine with order, shipping updates and delivery etc. But the lack of instructions upon arrival was a little frustrating. After some research (using chatGPT), I realised I wasn’t actually to do anything. I left the bag out of direct sunshine, in appropriate temperatures and then went away for several days and I returned to a bag that was full of mold. I’m reeeeeally sad…this was a birthday gift and not something I could normally afford. In trying to find instructions I peeled the gauze ever so slightly upwards. I now realise that i wasn’t to do that. But very difficult to know when it comes with no instructions. But as I say, the ordering and shipping was made easy and swift.

After receiving 6/10 seeds of my order a complaint ticket went in which was delt with promptly and another 6seeds sent out. So all in all pretty good.
