Nicest costumer service, really professional and trustworthy. I love their vibe, their attention to the detail, fast shipping and transparency. Very polite, helpful and overall a great experience with the employees, also their site is very easy to use, vouchers fail sometimes and you have to wait or change the items in your cart for them to work, but it's insignificant compared to the advice and help they give and share. I really apriciate Zamnesia service. I forgot to add an item my last order. After contact it was not possible to add the item because order was being proceed. So I received a voucher of free shipment so I can order the fogotten item. Also the products are 5stars quality and safety!

I'm a regular, sometimes orders don't go as planned or products don't have an effect (is not zamnesias fault, can be supplier or my metabolism), but Zamnesia always tries to satisfy the client. Top support! My go to site!

Primarly I bought a Grow Kit and it was flawed from the beginning. It has never shown any sign of development. After 2 weeks I contact Zamensia Team and they proposed me to 2 solutions, very interesting both. Now I'm starting my second grow kit. It's the second time I trust this company and have no regrets. Since the quality of their products until their service customer they are profesionnals. 1 0 0% !

Ordered a mushroom kit that arrived fast in Portugal but unfortunately it didn’t workout , no shrooms. After contacting client service they asked me a few questions to see what went wrong and they sent me without any problem or hesitation a new one which I hope will start to give one of these days . Conclusion 5star for the perfect service!
