I tried the company on recommendation from a friend. A decision I do not regret. I had a problem with a pack of seeds (50/50 says I was the problem), they replaced it without any ado. edit from here: My experience as a whole was 5 stars and I should not expect the helpdesk to be gardeners. ------Redacted------------------------------------------- The reason they do not get 5 stars (yet) is because the helpdesk cannot answer questions regarding gardening and the whole experience feels rather formulaic. I guess that is a downside of being corporate sized. I want to give 5 stars for my treatment, but 4 for the helpdesk which is friendly but clearly not a gardener themselves. Maybe it was language barriere to some extend. ---------------------------------------------- I will return and I will tell others about my experience.

I would to to report the superb quality of the products and services given out by Zamnesia. I ordered twice with the website and with second order i did a mistake where the order was sent to a wrong address. Zamnesia support helped me clear and issue and resend the order to the correct address without any extra costs. I really appreciate the the help in regards to fixing my mistake and will most likely order again the future. Vadum.

Original order of 230 euro was lost in transit for the first time after having ordered from the site multiple times before with no issues. The customer service zamnesia offers is the best in the game and resent the same order immediately free of charge. As far as truffles you will not find a more reliable site anywhere and they are also the only ones that offer payment by credit card which makes a huge difference and more accessible to many people .

All i can say is that i am very pleased with Zamnezias customer service and products. On my last order I have received a dysfunctional grow kit but as i contacted them, they were very quick in helping me out and sending a new kit. Thank you again for your great service!

I had some problems with my grow-kit and contacted the customer support. They checked if I did everything as recommended, followed the manual (as I did, ’cause the manuel is pretty easy to understand) It all ended up zamnesie sending me another grow kit Special thanks to Lesley from the support team, who was very polite and solved my problem as soon as possible. Ordered a grow kit. After four weeks nothing was showing so I send an Email to the Support Team. Within one day they replied, asked me to send them a step by step description of what I did with the grow kit (set up, daily routine) and also some pictures of the current kit. I did that and again they replied within one day, telling me that it wasn't my fault and that I could choose between a new grow kit of my choice or a voucher billed the same amount the original grow kit was price wise. I got the new grow kit, that I chose within three days. Set it up a few days ago. Let's hope for the best. Service and online communication 5/5!

I found this company to be very honest my interactions with them have been nothing but professional I strongly recommend them!!they were quick to respond and advice all my concerns. PS. (Do not use wholecelium who are a con company and robbed me) I’d happily shop at Zamnesia again and again.

I am so happy with this product. I have grown 2 kits before but from a different website, so I thought I give Zamnesia a try! This time i wanted to have a good harvest and tried to work as sterile as possible and it did wonders! Took about 2 weeks for the kit to produce my first pins but since than it hasn't stopped. I currently harvested 22 grams dried mushrooms (after the 2nd-3rd flush) and by the looks of it at the end of this kit i will get to around 40 grams total. As a tip for growers: I realised that the shrooms grow at the side and not on the top. Paint/tape the walls black. The shrooms are light sensation and grow where they think is the top (so from where light is coming). This will help them grow in the right direction.

Would definitely recommend! I had a great experience with them when ordering and my order arrived on time so can't really ask for more!
