I purchased a Magic Mushroom Grow Kit. Sadly it was contaminated by mold (most likely because I overdid it with the spraying). Zamnesia support answered my mails within HOURS and offered me a new kit of my choice. With the second kit I had an amazing first flush and am very happy. Great Support and Customer Service!

Perfect service! We accidentally used the wrong manual for our grow kit. Even though it was our fault that the flush was ruined, zamnesia granted us a second kit for free which was also shipped quickly.

I get no answer on my emails and no help what so ever at the moment..?! Still waiting for a solution with my order/products here. The first email took a really long time to recieve and now nothing for a very long time and I did what I was told to proceed in the process. Dissapointed? yes very!

Had a first bad experience with the customer service, but finally quickly contacted back concerning my issue. They did a great job by fixibg the issue in 1 working day. Wasn't pretty happy at first but I can say I'm fully satisfied now. Great job to the team and thanks for your concern.

4 seeds bought four seeds germinated. Great service, no 'free seed' but i dod receive a lighter and herb grinder in the package. A lovely wee bonus. I will be using Zamnesia again. Superb.

I bought a mushroom grow kit, the "Golden Teacher Supagrow kit". Unfortunately it didn't work. After correspondence with Zamnesia I got a refund. I'm satisfied with the way they handle a defect product, but needless to say, I would have preferred a product that worked.

Great service, great products. After D absolutely recommendable! I couldn´t live without it now. Also Blue pleasure and X-fuel. These products are Zamnesia´s own brand, so they are cheaper but keeping excellent quality and effects. The happy caps are great as well. Once they made a voucher for free shipping next order because I wanted to increase the order but it had been shipped. They ship so quickly after the order! Normally I had to wait at least 2 weeks to receive shipments from other smartshops, Zamnesia delivers to Spain in 3-4 days max!

Zamnesia support is one of the best support I ever talked to, I even think it's the number one. They reply pretty fast, they are very comprehensive and very nice, maybe it's because I'm a good client, but I believe they treat everyone as good as they do with me ! Will always buy stuff on zamnesia, even if I find less expensive stuffs somewhere else, they have been too nice to me, I can't buy somewhere else !
