Everything worked perfectly

I’ve been a Zamnesia customer for quite some time and have never had any issues. However, about a month ago I placed an order for two Golden Teacher mushroom kits. I’ve never had any problems with previous orders, but these two kits produced almost nothing. I opened a support ticket a month ago, attaching videos and a step-by-step guide of how I did everything. It’s been almost a month and I haven’t received any feedback, meaning I spent money on two kits that yielded nothing, even though I took all the necessary precautions. It’s unfortunate to spend nearly €90 and get no response. I only received an email with a ticket number (in which Zamnesia itself tells me to wait, since if I complain again, another ticket would be opened, resulting in more waiting time). I wasn’t expecting this from a company that claims to be the best. I’m still dealing with the problem..,

A friend recommended this website to me and told me how great it was, but unfortunately I have to say the complete opposite. This is by far the worst shopping experience I’ve had. I’ve never experienced an online store taking this long to communicate with a customer — it’s honestly disappointing. I placed my order on April 27th. On your website, you state that delivery to the Czech Republic takes around three days. Today is May 11th, which means it has already been 15 days, and I still have absolutely no idea where my package is. I paid a significant amount of money, so naturally I am not happy with this situation. I contacted your support team on May 4th, and it has now been a full week without any response at all. Customer service like this is simply unacceptable. What frustrates me the most is not even the delay itself — I understand that delays can happen. If I had at least received a message informing me that the package would be delayed, I would have been completely fine with waiting. The real issue is the complete lack of communication and information.

i have been shopping at zamnesia for a couple of years now and havent been dispointed yet. Im especially a fan of the points system it makes you feel more exclusive than you might feel elsewhere.

I was a bit worried placing my first order. But my parcel arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. I loved how neatly it was packaged. And everything now growing very nicely… can’t wait for the first harvest.

Un hype così alla vista di qualcosa lo rende ancora più straordinario.... Un edizione incredibile. A partire dal cofanetto e dalla delizia contenuta al suo interno, speciale l abbinamento al grinder. Non ho scattato delle foto incredibili e ne ho fatto un soprammobile che attira lo sguardo di chiunque. Non vedo l'ora della prossima edizione!

I ordered Valhalla and Utopia. When they arrived the Utopia were already spotty green. I emailed them immediately as explained in the FAQ. It's been a week and they still haven't replied. The green spots have grown now. Quite certain it's mold!

My order never arrived and it's been almost two weeks now. I've sent two emails without getting any answer back. One more time I'm disappointed.

The SUPREME growkit ecuador, is a LOT LESS professional compared to kits 1or2 years ago. It has no packaging at all, so it feels like its just thrown inside there, next to that, the box was slightly open already, which is kind of unacceptable...since its VERY important to keep them sterile and clean. Also the pins to fold or close the bag, were put on inaccurate, that resulted in piercing the bag before i even started. (However this was a discounted box) but still, this is far from good. They still started growing, so all is good i suppose, but worth mentioning the quality change in just 1or2years. Painful really

The product was delivered as promised. I never had a bad seed from this company. I highly recommend this to anyone.

We all have issues and I accept it, it’s how the issue is dealt with. Not well… I placed a big order in recently and I qualified for some free seeds, quite excited as I’ve recently been exploring autoflower plants and it’s a strain I was excited to try. I added the code, paid as normal and then noticed they were not on my order summary. I immediately contacted them and explained the issue so it can be resolved before they post it. Two weeks later I received an email that explained great detail about a completely different subject I never enquired about? But I got my package delivered without any free seeds that I qualified for, added to the basket

I have been using Zamnesia for 4 years now. They are organised, helpful and every product that I have purchased has been excellent. Cannot recommend them enough

This is not the first time that I have ordered from Zamnesia and waited over 2 full weeks for my package to arrive. It’s ridiculous and it’s not always the delivery service but also the warehouse situation. Things are not what they used to be.

Excellent service from start to finish , hand delivered by the postman. I highly recommend zamnezia,s kratom for helping anyone that is struggling with prescription painkiller dependency.
