Probably the best customer service I’ve ever seen !

All products arraived and were very good. Only the growbox "mckennaii" in my order later was contaminated (I worked very clean and steril), Zamnesia just send me a new growbox to do it again. So they really care about the clients stay happy. For the good products and the good service they do for his clients I will give 5 stars. I will order again for sure. Greetings.

I've asked multiple questions for product information and they were always happy to help me out. My latest order was somehow out of stock after my purchase and they kindly replaced it with a similar product of choice (wich was more expensive). Their prices are great tho. 1 Thing that (kind of) bothers me is the minimum amount of €20 to place an order. I do get why they do this but if you need eg some fertillizers or joint filters you have to add something more expensive to it. Even tough with this minimum order value it is still my top recommended online shop for the kind of products they sell

I am a first time customer with Zamnesia and ran into some problems with my product, they tried to help me but in the end they replaced the product without any whitewash, and with that they made sure to keep me as a happy customer. Great customer service!

Excellent products and unique customer service. I have shopped at zamnesia.com numerous times. Always a happy customer. After the last order I followed some instructions from the net, instead of following the manual by zamnesia.com. Apparently I destroyed the grow kit by a fault of my own. I think due to my order history they decided to send me a few new kits. Wow!!! What can I say? Extraordinary service. I would highly recommend to all.

Apart from their seeds that are always first class, they have the greatest customer service around. I had a small issue and they went out of their way to resolve it immediately. Fantastic company!

The product is useless.

The growkit I ordered never worked, but they replaced it when I emailed them. Had problems with the replacement and was again offered a replacement or the value returned to my account. The customer service has been excellent, if the products a little lacking.

I've had a bad experience with one of their product (not everyone did),after writing a review on that product the customer sevice contacted me and asked me more questions to understand the situation, at the end they gave me a small gift as a sorry gesture which is a nice, i will certainly continue to buy good products from them again !
