I’ve used Zamnesia four times now, so wanted to break down my experience: Customer engagement - fantastic. Rapid acknowledgement, updates and delivery, despite pandemic. Product - great range and Zamnesias own brand myco kits are some of the best I’ve come across in terms of bang for buck/yield. I had one minor issue with one (you can occasionally end up with a faulty one for reasons outside of anyone’s control - nature for ya) and the same day I emailed support, they replied apologising and offering either a replacement or store credit. No extra steps or long waits. I’d HIGHLY recommend Zamnesias range of products and rest assured your in good hands as a customer.

It arrived when they said and though I perhaps did not follow the rules as meticulously as I should have, the box is producing its third flush with little help from me. Also Zamnesia don’t rip you off with delivery charges. They charged <£5 whereas other wanted £***!!! Thanks Zamnesia you made for a very interesting New Year’s Eve.

Being an absolute newbie at this, was quite nervous, but know that there will be no result if you don't give it a go. I had checked out a number of websites and Zamnesia bounced off the page at me. So off I went sweeping through an extensive catalogue and choosing a type of seed, which I think suits what I require. Ordered, payment made, and fingers crossed 🤞 waiting for postie to arrive with my goodies. A few days later box pushed through letter box, snatch from posties hand to muffled tones of shock. Opened box, took the first packet of four seeds, snipped off the top, emptied out onto a saucer, 😲😞😡, only two seeds. Made tentative steps to Zamnesia, not really having much faith how my complaint would be received,🤔. Boom💥, a hour or so later an email from Zamnesia asking how they can help. Couldn't get my breath. Explained the situation and sent the required info. Sorted 👍😁. Treated like a human, first class service, can't fault them, I'd of give them 5 Stars, but there was a cockup,😁. Well done Zamnesia 👍👍👍. I have found that the customer care and support from zamnesia staff has been exceptional, after reporting a problem to them they acted immediately, were very understanding and truly lived up to the metaphor that the customer is king. Well done to all of you and I would recomend zamnesia to all .

I ordered multiple times and was always satisfied with the products. One order went missing at the final delivery carrier and without asking for it, I was instantly offered a reship for no cost. Customer service is AMAZING!

I purchased a mushroom grow kit that unfortunately I couldn’t get started. I contacted customer services and was met with a friendly warm response, they advised me things I could try and were very knowledgeable about their products. However after a week I still had no luck and was given a voucher for a full refund. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and the hassle free, fast and friendly communication. 5 stars all the way and I will definitely shop here in the future.

I have now made my 3. order, and I'm really impressed by Zamnesia's level of support, the information that they give on their site, and not least of all, the quality of their products. As an example, I had a problem with one of my grow kits. First, they helped me get to the core of the problem and help me, and then they, although it might have been my own fault, send me a new kit for free. And btw. when they say fast delivery, they mean it, the delivery is really fast and reliable. It's just another level of service, that any company could learn from. I can only give my greatest recommendations, and if I could, I would give them 10 stars.
