I have had a super experience with the zamnesia client service as my package arrived a few day late due to the covid19 crisis and when i contacted the Zamnesia-team, they tried to find a solution with me and even offered me a free refund which was luckily not needed afterall as the package arrived eventually! I would like to get more out of my growth

10 orders, 8 problems, voucher code caos, receieved codes that dont work,I couldnt order because of voucher caos, and after 5 days, I get a response, etc... I coudnt make 3 orders because of voucher problem, now the products I wanted are out of stock, and vouchers expired. What a terrible promotion. I am having really bad luck. Dont know why. Deleted my account. Good job customer service is excellent
