Excellent customer service, both Micky and Tara have been more than helpful and cooperative. I had a problem with one of my supagro kits and they agreeed to replace it for me and also talked me through all the procedures of have to attain a successful grow and harvest. Have brought kits from them a few times previoulsy and they have all been great with amazing harvests and highs! It has been a pleasure dealing with them. I just hope the UK changes its legistation again and soon so I can continue buying from Zamensia!

I ordered The Golden Teacher mushroom’s and I have to be honest, was a bit disepointed in the flushes, first one was average, second and third flush was really small. Got around 30 grams of dried mushrooms.. Have only tried a really small trip so far, but it was really nice! The quality of the much rooms are amazing ! Ps The grow kit was supa Grow. The custom service at Zamnesia is great. They really take care of the costumer !

Great support, very helpfull people working there. They reply within 1 day... They really want to help you out and get you the best deal possible. I had an issue with a product I bought from them i told them about it and they refunded me without an issue. Fantastic !

i had seeds from whitelabel that normally are of very good quality and the ones i got simply were not. after contact with zamnesia they send me new ones ( which i did not axpect ) which seem to be of better quality , so thank you zamnesia for the very good service ! 10/10 !

A very good customer service ! I met a problem with my Growkit and i so i contacted the customer service : very reactive (1 day to answer) and understanding. They have proposed to remplace my kit for free. Also the website is very informative, we can find everything we need to know about mushrooms.
