I have ordered several times from Zamnesia. Most of the time the quality was great, and I had nothing to say except thank you for the service. However, on my last order, the delivery arrived damaged and with some items missing. After I submitted a claim, I was able to get a replacement sent, but unfortunately it arrived too late for me to receive it in time. I can’t say their after-sales service is fast or very reactive, but at least they do reply. In the end, I received a coupon and got my money back for my next order. I will definitely order again, of course, but I’m disappointed that I couldn’t enjoy my “trip” as planned during my two weeks in Europe this time…

Wie immer alles schnell und sicher bei mir angekommen, keine Beschädigung oder Ähnliches bin mit dem Service sehr zufrieden.

Everything was great, fast shipping and good follow up. The kit started to produce after one week. I only missed instructions for the growing kit and because of that it’s my 4,5. You can find them online but I got confused and I soaked the kit, anyway, nothing happened and the kit it’s working well. Great experience overall and will order again in the future
