My first parcel didn't arrived so after writing to zamnesia support they where more than happy to send me another one. After the fist flush everything was OK now waiting for the second. I would recommend zamnesia to anyone, it's easy, fast and discrete.

excellent service and have been a client for some years now. Have only ever had one problem, during the last xmas rush the post office did not manage to deliver my package, despite information on the tracking parcel number indicating that the package was with them, they could not find it, and said that it had probably be returned to the sender. I wrote to zamnesia who sorted it out in 24 hours. It was amazing. And i dealt with an actual human being too. Would life not be beautiful if all things were dealt by friendly helpful human beings. I was blown away.
