After writing my initial review, I had not contacted support. Support read the review and reached out to me! They are Amazing! I have never had customer support from any company like it! They rectified the issues I had and went above and beyond any expectations I had. I cannot recommend this company enough. Whatever you need, Zamnesia has you covered. If you have any issues with products they will bend over backwards to assist. If all their Staff are of the calibre that I have had dealings with you cannot go wrong, at all! When the growing kit did not work, they changed it for a new one. Then they helped all the way until my package was delivered, solving any issue and making sure I was happy with my order. Finally the second growing kit didn't work either. I did everything as stated in the website, later a friend told me I should use distilled water but nowhere was said. Either the product or the instructions are not ok. The other grow kits I bought in Amsterdam worked perfectly fine but not the McKenna kit.

Hey Guys! Zamnesia is a very honest and staff friendly website. Sooo I will keep it short and accurate. I had a problem with my 1st box,it got Mould(I was OVERCONFIDENT :D) So I wrote them and now everything is okay! scale 1-10 Chat support: 10 (speed and helpfulnes from chat) Staff support:10 (By that I mean they are very friendly and cooperative) They give you a lot of discounts and vouchers for making simple stuff as review or just ordering and you again get (For example Winter Discounts Calendars) :D I mean yeah the Prices aren't that low but the quality,shipping,support etc COMPENSATES for that :D. Best of Luck guys ! Keep it that way :D

The story goes like this. Me here, reading about ancient egypt as much as possible can from wikipedia and discovering some herb/plant/flower which is called Nymphaea caerulea (Blue Lotus). I ordered the product from Zamnesia and they notified me that product shipping will have bit of a delay. Well this is very polite thing to do, they even give me a little present extra for the delay. What an awsome support. Thank you Thijn, Zamnesia support.

Hey!!! Denmark here Love the products and service surrounding it.. Been using the shop on and off for 10 years!!! And i have had a few products arriving less than perfect! But over 10 years and a lot of glass or plants in the mail!!!!!! 5 Stars is the only thing that couldt be true
