It was the first time i order on Zamnesia. Everything went well with the delivery of the package. Nevertheless, my grow kit did not worked, after 3 weeks. So i emailed them, and i was astonished by their kindness and reactivity (they answered within 24 hours). They offered kindly to replace my kit, with no extra charges. The best customer service i've ever had ! Thank you again *** and Zamnesia team ! I hope now my second grow kit will work !
