I made an order, delivery wasnt the fastest but it wasnt bad. When it was delivered it was a packed nicely one of the products was not what i ordered. A mistake with one letter, I ordered CBD oil and there was CBG oil packed. An honest mistake and with some quick mailing I got a voucher (with free shipping + the price of the originally ordered CBD OIL), so i could order it for free again. They even let me keep the old product. This is the type of service that does cost a business something in the short term but delivers in the long term. While not everyone needs the aftersales service, it is nice to know its there when you need to and that you bought at the right place! Service that should be mentioned,

I used Zamnesia service several times in the last two years and it always been good, and I am well aware of the growbox working. Since the last two boxes of Golden Teachers, including this, that produced like 1/4 of the usual quantity of mushrooms and in worst quality, smaller dimension and weird shapes. What's happening?The price was higher, the plastic bag was smaller than in the past, the substrate was worst the in the past, so did the shrooms. I think I will find another provider. Thanks

Shipping always in time, The last grow box I choose was Zamnsesia's choice... Maybe I was unluky, but the mushrooms grows not on the top of the substrate but mostly on lateral sides, so I had to come up with strange settings of the substrate to try maximize the growth... Apart from that, I' m satisfied

I understand that I bought the weakest strength of ***, but neither my husband or I had a pleasant experience.*** but on this experience, I'm not sure we would try it again. UPDATE. I have since received 2 packets of Utopia mushrooms, free of charge, and have had several conversations with customer service regarding my disappointment in my original order. I can not praise Zamnesia enough, and in particular, ***, who have really gone above and beyond to resolve my issue. I am looking forward to trying the new ***!! Very, very happy with their support and customer service.
