Have bought from them a few times and always been delivered to the UK. One lot of kits I had didn't grow but I'm pretty sure that was my fault for not washing my hands properly and introducing germs that took over. The other kits have always been fine. Follow the instructions and CLEAN EVERYTHING INCLUDING THE ROOM AND AREA AND YOURSELF as I was super sad about that one batch.

The folks at Zamnesia got one mission: happy customers. Their support? Top-notch, man! Ain’t no problems—just solutions.

Had issues with a product but customer services have been great and helped a lot.

The order always comes sooner than expected and the products are always in perfect conditions.

GLS repeatedly fails to deliver to my home address, but instead claims that I wasn't at home (which is not true) and just delivers to a parcel shop that is convenient for them to reach, instead of one of the parcel dropoff boxes in my direct vicinity. I then have to take an hour out of my day to go to the shop and retrieve the parcel, which ruins the experience of online shopping: I order online because I want to have the convenience of not going out to get something. If I have to go out anyway, I'd rather go to my local smart shop instead and support the local economy. As it is right now, I will avoid online shops that only offer GLS shipping. You'll lose me as a year long customer if there is no other option in the future, which is a shame, since I always enjoyed everything else about Zamnesia and would give a 5/5 star rating otherwise.

Easy to use and good delivery times

I recently bought a great selection of Truffles/Microdosing packs from Zamnesia - It was a swift purchase/payment process In which I got 2 packs for the price of 1 and I was able to get a free ashtray and lighter with their 'points' system too. Also I had to solve a little puzzle In their Catalog which they sent to me recently and with the puzzle 'code/answer' I got a free Rolling Tray too! I can't recommend Zamnesia more highly for all their 'products' - Fast and keenly priced postage (UPS) as well - Cheers Zamnesia.

First time growing, very easy to grow the Jack rabbit grow bag, 2 weeks in and starting to look good, just a waiting game now, think it might take 4 weeks, going to order more from Zamnesia all looking good kid

I got shipped a grow set that unfortunately was contaminated (happens from time to time). The support was really quick after I sent them photos and delivered me a new kit for free!

They have a wide selection of quality products, and not only that, they have shown me that I can count on them if there are ever any issues with any of my purchases. They are a top notch shop!

Usually I don’t order stuff to be delivered to the wrong address, but when that hapless, you either panic and try to find a way to intercept the courier, or you ask for help. And if you are trying to contact Zamnesia, you’ll be safe pal. They will do whatever necessary to save your day. Pure awesomeness.

Ho avuto problemi con la coltivazione del kit perchè aveva un difetto di produzione per cui non sono cresciuti i funghi, nonostante questo ho prontamente esposto il problema e il team di Zamnesia è stato da subito super disponibile nell'aiutarmi e del trovare una soluzione, professionali e rapidi! grazie
