Using the site was easy- payment was also fairly easy once I'd figured out how to do it. I accidentally ordered the wrong product but I emailed the guys at zamnesia straight away and they offered to send me the correct product at no extra charge :) amazing. Delivery only took just over a week too.

Definitely one of the most trusted sites i use. The customer service is second to none. Anytime i have had any issues with payment or with delivery times, Zamnesia responses have always been prompt and more important just to help the customer which is something a lot of businesees forget. Originally ordered zamnesia grow kits, but as credit card payment misteriously failed, I needed to "re-order" and then they were out-of-stock. Had to choose a different ones. :( Except for that incident- quick shipping, good quality, would recommend.

Have ordered from this website countless times, they are an excellent company and do lots of nice little things for their customers like competitions and voucher codes.
