I once had a discount code the page wouldn't accept. I wrote and asked what to do and they sent me another one just like that. Another time I had bought something which had just gone out of stock. They wrote me and said my package would be two days late, but that I could exchange it for a similar product if I wished. So many other companies wouldn't have bothered to write. I've never had a problem with Zamnesia. Five stars.

I always received products of good quality and they were delivered super quickly and in a neutral/blank package, which I appreciate. When I once asked a question on the website I quickly received a useful answer. The only thing I don't like is that you have to spend a minimum of *** This way I usually have to buy something extra that I actually didn't need.

Ive bought many products from Zamnesia over a number of years, including truffles and mushroom grow kits and smoking paraphernalia. Excellent products always really good quality and never any delivery problems. The free gifts with your order are always a nice touch as well. I would definitely recommend.

Everything works perfect. Website is good, products are good, quality of products are good, but most importantly the customer service is great. If you have problem with Zamnesia, they will do everything in their power to fix it. They don't start telling you how you fuc'ked up but try to fix it with you.
