Always quick and helpful customer service. I've been buying through this site for the last 4 years nearly and I've never had a problem. They are consistently helpful and friendly whatever the situation. I wish that the ridiculous Psychoactive Substances Bill hadn't been passed in the UK otherwise I would still be in contact with this site.

I've ordered from Zamnesia a couple of times and I was always positively surprised how good their customer service is. I had many questions to their team - they not only answer extremely fast and accurately, but they are also very friendly. The product is great, arrived well and promptly. I tried to pay with Bitcoins... so I spent 2 hours reading on the topic, I got enthusiastic but finally didn't manage to make the transaction (only with a normal transfer). The product worked well for me, but I didn't follow the instructions provided by Zamnesia (tried a different method that had worked previously - not my first time). Other friends tried the method of Zamnesia (spraying water) for almost 2 weeks and they didn't harvest anything, until I told them to drown the cake in cold water for 12h. That worked, but they didn't get as much as I did (the mycelium probably lost power or had deteriorated).
