I have purchased different things from you over different times, and have recommended you and your products to friends and family of mine! The biggest issue I've ever experienced through the website is the last time i went to pay I was unable to use my card & it took me a good hour to really understand what I needed to do (the best way to get my money to you) But once I got my head around it, it was all good! Ive not heard anything but good things come back to me, and I have purchased at least 4 maybe 5 different strengths/strains, (And various different lighters!) and they all come back with raving reviews from my people! Keep up the good work Zamnesia! You really know your shiz :D

I have purchased some small items from them in the past like rolling papers and such, but recently i bought the new FireFly 2 vaporizer and i love it! I did have some questions about how to use it since it's my first vaporizer, so i gave them a call. What a nice guys work at zamnesia, i spoke with their vaporizer expert which gave me all the ins and outs of the firefly including some useful tips such as packing the herb chamber for 2/3 full instead of completely full to improve airflow. Shipping times were fast, nicely packed and discreet, perfect after sales help. All in all i'd say this is the best company to do your business with. Thanks guys! -***

Customer service - to me - is key. The way I look at it, it does not matter if you make mistakes, but what your actions are in the wake of mistakes. Zamnesia slipped up (they're only human), but corrected it immediately and even overcompensated for their error. Very friendly and fast service.

Possibly the best customer service out there. I had a problem with two of my orders (I tried two varieties of truffle, no effect) but *** was very helpful in resolving the issue. Packaging is discreet, I like the tracking features, though shipping cost is a bit expensive. I recommend Zamnesia without reservation.
