I have been using ZAMN for over 4 years now and i can say They are one of the BEST in what thye do ! If anything goes wrong with your order they will fix it ! always there for the custommer !! i really recommend !!!

Have been a regular customer for a few years. Good choice, helpful info on use, in my experience the quality of the products is great and they are packaged well and discreetly. Any issues have been resolved promptly by customer service.

It is completely unacceptable the way my order was treated. No responsibility for the delays. No answers and after I specifically demanded the remboursement. I only got ignored

Ik bestel enkel nog maar grow kits en truffels bij Zamnesia. Er is een groot aanbod aan kits en steeds goede deals. Ik ben erg fan van de fresh mushroom kits, wat een fantastische uitvinding dat je ze niet meer hoeft te sprayen!

Everything's great.

I've never had a problem with the items before but this time I ordered and it took almost 3 weeks before the courier tried to deliver it (18 days from the day *after* ordering to be precise). There was no contact to notify of a delay and I sent messages to customer services trying to find out when it would be sent or asking for a refund quite a few times that were either ignored or the reply was the template words about that day being day zero and i would receive it in around 5 days. The last template response mentioned something about black Friday being the cause of the delay but I'd ordered a week before that. I'm not going to order again, delays are understandable but the lack of communication and ignoring my messages only to occasionally reply with a standard message that wasn't relevant was the deal breaker. It's not customer centric, it's trying to do it on the cheap.

Very disappointing. The box is huge, but most of it is filled with cheap promotional junk you usually get for free. Only a couple of items have any real value. Definitely not worth the price – total waste of money.

My first order on Zamnesia, which happened unfortunately on black week, so I haven't received my order yet but I wrote a mail wandering where it was and I got a mail explaining that everything was okay but due to black week everything was delayed.

I cant comment on the quality yet, as spores in fridge, but if the last orders are anything to go by then it will be nothing but high quality. Thanks

So here's how it works. A message saying that your package has been sent... with a tracking link that clearly shows nothing has left warehouse even a week later. An email saying 'sorry' apparently they are inundated due to sale. Erm... your choice to sell beyond stock or warehouse capability, otherwise known as greed. Send a message on their site with their promised 48 hour return... and days later, nothing. Call the number on their site... it 'answers' to a blank. No message, no person, but you are charged for call. Mind blown in all the wrong ways. Never again, and I don't want the order, I want my 35 euros back!

The staff are all so helpfull decent nice people and have great knowledge which impressed me. There pricing is pretty fair amongst the 8 accounts i have with other companies.

Es wurde zwar etwas vergessen bei der Lieferung aber das Problem wurde schnell behoben . Ich bin mit den Produkten sehr zufrieden auf der Seite

First order was 5 days delivery The second one God knows when it will arrive maybe because it was black Friday But don't say 2 days delivery cause I had other expectations
