Easy to order, the order was a little late but nothing too bad, shipping was pretty fast. The package arrived damaged on the outside, but the contents seem intact. Obviously I hope that "everything works" but for that I have to wait. It's nice to have received a free gift with the order.

Zamnezia is an excellent shop, with quality products and good customer support. I can find what I'm looking for fast and easily. The tribe program is fun and rewarding. My problem is that the amount for free shipping is high; at least it could be lower for returning customers. They could add PayPal as a payment method for easier checkout.

I order to germany. It comes quickly and in a neutral cartonage from a german adress. The grow kits work out well. Once I had a peoblem with contamination and the Service offered me to replace it for free. Thank you very much.
